The ISM-100 grain separator in this design is the first to use innovative technical solutions that distinguish it from its counterparts in terms of high productivity and low energy consumption. Thanks to this, it is exceptionally efficient and energy-efficient, which puts it on a par with similar solutions available on the market.
One of the key components of the separator is a frequency converter that provides up to 8 degrees of protection and significantly reduces energy consumption. A wide range of settings allows the machine to be instantly adapted to work with different types of crops without stopping the technological process.
The IMS-100 is the ideal choice for farms and processing enterprises that require a reliable, energy-efficient, and easy-to-operate device for cleaning and calibrating grain. The IMS-100 grain separator is designed for large agro-industrial enterprises, port elevators, and other grain operators.
The main difference from other machines of this type is the use of an impeller-based power unit.
The use of an impeller on this type of machine provides a number of advantages such as:
Advantages of the separator:
Operating principle:
The feed material (grain) is fed into the receiving hopper, where it is distributed under its own weight over its entire width and flows evenly into the separation chamber. Due to the powerful laminar air flow, heavy impurities and stones are first of all separated and fall out into the first fraction. The sown grain falls into the second and third troughs. The fourth and fifth troughs are used for marketable grain. Non-grain impurities, all damaged and sectioned grains are carried away by the air flow into the sixth and seventh troughs, and light impurities and dust together with the exhaust air are discharged through the separator air duct.
Calibration and preparation of the seed is carried out by dividing the crop by weight and sailing, which makes it possible to select the most complete grain (with a higher weight) and thus guarantees the presence of a healthy germ part in the grain. This ensures a high germination rate. It reduces the amount of planting material and increases yields.
Primary cleaning is designed to remove dust and partial removal of non-grain waste, which allows to quickly prepare the grain for temporary storage before further processing.
