The ISM-30 CSC grain separator is designed for cleaning and calibrating grain. Based on this unit, a unique self-propelled cleaning complex, the SCC-25-30, was created. Unlike open-type machines, separators with a cyclone-sedimentation chamber save 30% of electricity, reduce noise levels, and do not emit dust and light impurities into the atmosphere, which allows them to operate without personal protective equipment and to be installed in both closed and open spaces, making them environmentally safe. The built-in cyclone effectively removes dust and light impurities, ensuring high quality of the cleaned grain.  
The ISM-30 CSC grain separator is the ideal choice for medium and large enterprises that require reliable, energy-efficient, and convenient equipment for cleaning and calibrating grain. The main difference from other machines of this type is the use of a power unit based on an impeller.

Principle of operation:

The principle of operation of the ISM-30 CSC aerodynamic grain separator is based on the separation of the material being separated in an air stream. Primary cleaning and preparation of the seed material is carried out based on the mass and buoyancy of the crop, which makes it possible to separate grain with high sowing qualities. The initial material (grain) is fed into the receiving bin, where it is distributed over its entire width under its own weight and enters the separation chamber in a uniform flow. Thanks to the powerful laminar air flow, heavy impurities and stones are first sifted out and fall into the first fraction. The seed grain falls into the second and third trays. The fourth and fifth trays are used for commercial grain. Non-grain impurities, all damaged and split grains are carried away by the air flow into the sixth and seventh trays. The air circulating in the separator is cleaned, and dust and light impurities exit through a special tray.
