The self-propelled cleaning complex “MGC-25” is a unique development of a grain cleaning equipment plant, which currently has no analogues in the world. The machine operates in automatic mode, virtually eliminating manual labor, which makes it attractive to many farms in Europe and beyond.

Possible operating modes of the machine:

  • Primary cleaning mode.
  • Calibration mode.
  • Mixed mode (cleaning and calibration simultaneously).

The machine can be operated in both manual and semi-automatic modes. When processing crops in the above modes, loading can be carried out either into piles or onto vehicles. The machine can be used in closed rooms and in open areas.
 The best cleaning complex available today, the SOK-25 is fully self-propelled in automatic mode and has all the functions of the most modern ZAV. The entire grain processing chain at the ZAV is compressed into a single production process.

How it works:

The grain is fed by a loading conveyor into a storage hopper, which has three sensors, two of which are connected to the wheels. When the hopper is full, the sensors turn the movement on or off to avoid spillage in automatic mode.

The grain then flows from the hopper into a separation chamber, where a laminar air flow created by an impeller motor separates it into fractions in trays. The operator selects the desired tray and uses levers to direct it to the discharge conveyor. A cyclone-sedimentation chamber is provided for collecting dust waste, which is also equipped with a second sedimentation chamber, under which there is a waste hopper on wheels. Clean air is returned through a side air duct. The complex is controlled using a control panel.
