Principle of operation:
The unit works by separating the grain from the chaff by shaking it through a mesh screen with cells of a certain size. Initially, the grain falls onto the lower part of the screen, after which it continues to move upward until it falls through. Large debris that does not pass through the mesh falls into receiving hoppers for discharge into a waste bunker or a cyclone-sedimentation chamber. The grain then enters the receiving hopper of the ISM separator or another receiving device for further transportation or processing. The APO can operate independently or in conjunction with an ISM or SOK separator. The use of a pre-cleaning unit will allow you to achieve perfect results in cleaning grain of any impurity level in just one pass.
